GET TO KNOW ME

With over 16 years of experience, I have made fitness an integral part of my life. As an avid triathlete, runner, and cyclist, I am passionate about empowering others to feel confident and lead healthier lives. I believe exercise should be enjoyable and aim to help everyone become fitter, faster, stronger, and most importantly, feel good about themselves. As a dedicated mother of two girls, I understand the importance of balancing fitness with everyday life.

CLASSES

I offer a dynamic range of fitness classes including personal training, pilates, group fitness coaching, and spinning. My classes blend strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and sports-specific drills. With numerous qualifications and a passion for fitness, I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals.
