When I joined my first gym in 2002, fitness quickly became an essential part of who I am. It’s my medicine, and I truly believe it can be transformative for everyone. My philosophy is that exercise should be enjoyable, no matter the activity. I aim to empower people to feel good about themselves, providing the tools to build confidence, achieve a healthier lifestyle, and experience the profound mental health benefits of regular physical activity.
As an avid triathlete, runner, cyclist, and duathlete, I am constantly testing my mental toughness and performance. I thrive on pushing my limits and encouraging others to do the same. My goal is to help people become fitter, faster, stronger, and most importantly, to feel great about themselves.
Balancing my fitness passion with my role as a mother of two wonderful girls has given me a unique perspective on integrating exercise into a busy life. I understand the challenges and rewards of maintaining a fitness routine while managing everyday life. I am committed to guiding others on their fitness journeys, helping them discover the joy of exercise and the incredible benefits it brings to both body and mind.
